Icon Catcher is a wonderful application that allows you to extract icons from various types of files in just a few minutes.
The program has a nice and very intuitive interface. You just need to press Find button, and the program will scan your entire computer searching for image files that can be used as icons. The application also includes a capturer that enables you to capture any icon on the desktop and then easily modify it with the help of the program. You can select all icons or just a few, which will be moved to the output folder, where you can classify them as you wish or even change their size. If you have an icon editor installed on your computer, you can configure the program, so that it could edit icons with it. The program also has certain filters such as color and size, that will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
The evaluation version won´t allow you to save the icons, but you can try the rest of the functions. The program works smoothly and certainly deserves a try.
