After a grueling journey through the desert, you've finally reached it: a dungeon rumored to defeat even the strongest of adventurers. Will you win glory and riches, cementing your reputation as the greatest sorceress alive - or will you find something even more valuable within?

For best performance and graphical quality I strongly recommend playing the desktop standalone version, but the game is also playable via browser.

Iacta Est is a turn-based strategy visual novel about relationships, curses, and hot monster people. This is my first venture into a more gameplay-focused interactive structure (as well as my first project in Godot), so I'm super excited to finally share it! This project was inspired by games from AploveStudio and The Echo Project, among other influences. All of the music tracks are sourced with permission from talented Newgrounds musicians, so go check them out and give your favorite tracks a kudos!

This game features violence, sexually explicit scenes and dialogue, and mature themes. Please play at your own discretion. A full playthrough normally takes about an hour and a half.
