Hoops is a reaction-based basketball game to test and develop your reaction time. It can be played in multiplayer for a more competitive game.
You'll have to click on the glowing basketball when the slider goes green to release your shot. The player that gets to 21 points faster than the others within 60 seconds is the winner.
