Heroes of Hellas 2: Olympia is a fantastic game that combines a match-3 game with a building gameplay. The game tells the story of a civilization which has been destroyed, and your job is to rebuild it, providing the citizens with all they need. Every level is a new match-3 game in which you must collect every gold tile in the allotted time to be awarded money needed to build your city. The faster you complete a level, the more gold you'll get. The goal of the match-3 game is create chain of three or more identical tiles to make them disappear from the board and collect the gold behind them. However, all levels have specific goals that you must achieve apart from the basic one.

What is more, every time you play, you play a different mode of the ones included: Classic mode, Locket, Treasure Hunter, and Puzzle.

In Locket, you must drop the fragments off the bottom of the game board. To do this, you must remove the objects under the locket fragments. In Treasure Hunter, you must drop treasure chest off the bottom of the game board until the time runs out. Finally, the Puzzle mode is the most difficult one, and you must complete the task within a certain number of moves.

After each level, you will be asked to build a new building for your village with the money you got by playing match-3 games. To guide you, you should look at the stars that indicate the citizens' needs. They may need food, education, and defense.

Regarding the graphics, they are very well-done and attractive. Sound effects are wonderful and the music is very pleasant and suitable
