Hang is an idiophone that can be played with just one finger. The sound it produces is similar to a phone and produced by striking a metal surface.

It is an instrument that was created in Switzerland made from two half-shells of deep-drawn, nitride steel sheet that are glued together at the rim. The top side has a center note that is hammered into it and seven or eight-tone fields that are hammered around the center. The bottom side is a plain surface that has a rolled hole in the center with a tuned note.

The instrument can be played with just one finger.
