Growly Draw is intended for creating simple drawings. Still, it is more powerful than other apps of its type. In this respect, one of its greatest advantages is that it supports working on not only raster but vector images as well.
The application's interface is not too different from those of other similar tools. Most of the space is the canvas, devoted to working on the image. There is also a sidebar from which you can access various drawing tools, such as arrows, pen, ovals and squares.
Luckily, it comes with a shape library, which helps you save your time and effort. However, this does not mean one cannot create custom shapes, which I wish I could save to that library to be used later. By the way, all objects you create are originally in vector form. Thus, you can handle them with ease and independently of one another.
All in all, Growly Draw is meant to be simple, so do not expect it to include sophisticated drawing tools that you use only occasionally. In this respect, the tool can be used by users of any age, including children. Fortunately, the product is absolutely free to use.
