Similar to other games developed by the same company, this app features nicely-drawn artworks, plays colorful cinematics, and brings a fascinating storyline. You play as a young detective whose goal is to stop a headless knight from terrorizing a village.
While playing the game I noticed that it brings a new way to solve hidden object challenges. The app offers you various clues on the bottom side of the screen and your objective is to find the correspondent items within the scene (other games offer you the names or images of the hidden items).
Another good aspect is that you can always change the difficulty level, even while exploring a new location. You can even customize several settings, like changing the amount of time you should wait for the Hint bar to refill.
All in all, Grim Facade: A Wealth of Betrayal Collector's Edition is an addictive puzzle game that provides you with many hours of gameplay and challenging riddles. So, I'd say it's definitely worth buying it if you're into playing hidden object games.
