GraviTire 3D is a racing game with a slight difference - there's no car, just a tire. The aim of GraviTire 3D is to race the tire through some of the World's most famous locations.
The places you race include Lapland, Miami Beach, and The Great Wall of China. The locations are about the most interesting aspect of the game though - and they're not exactly realistic.
That's about it. All of the courses are straight lines with no curves or corners. Not even the physics are particularly realistic as the tire bounces it's way along the track.
The controls are extremely simple. Use the cursor keys to go left and right, the arrow up key to accelerate and the down key to brake. The only real trick is that you can use downhills to accelerate and really gather some speed, though this is still only a tire we're talking about, not a Ferrari.
On touch screens, simply tap to get rolling and touch it again when you hit a downhill run to gather speed.
The graphics are very basic - just a tire, a straight track with some minimal scenery (zebras for the Sahara, a long beach for Miami Beach) - while the sound effects are that of a car engine, even though it's just a tire.
GraviTire 3D is a ridiculously plain and simple racing game that tries to be a bit different but just ends up being boring.
