Governor of Poker is a very fun poker game where you earn chips and then visit different poker establishments where you may play against the computer or against humans. You may win bigger against humans, but humans with the most chips will keep going “All-in” until other players are spent. The graphics have a cartoon styling, which is one of the best things about this game because it makes the poker games look and feel far more interesting and immersive. The game is very newbie friendly for both people who are new to Governor of Poker, and people who are new to the game of Poker itself. However, get past level 30 and the game is rigged so hard against you that you have to pay real money to start winning hands.

Governor of Poker has three major flaws in what is otherwise a great poker franchise. The first flaw is that the game is rigged against players so that they lose chips and have to buy them with real money. Secondly, players who pay the most money and who have the most chips are easily able to win over people with fewer chips. The third flaw is that the CPU players have personality flaws that are supposed to make the game more interesting, but in-fact makes the players more predictable.
