GoodTask provides you with a simple way to keep track of your daily events and reminders. The program features a nicely-designed and intuitive interface, communicates well with Mac's Reminders and Calendar tools, and requires minimum computer experience.
Before using the tool on your Mac, you first need to make a few configurations in Mac's System Preferences. To be more precise, you need to grant it permission to access the data being stored in Mac's Reminders and Calendar. GoodTask will provide you with the necessary instructions.
You can create separate groups for work and personal tasks, sort your to-dos into lists, and use the integrated search tool to quickly locate the reminder you need. Furthermore, the program comes with several predefined lists that are created based on the info you add to the stored items and are automatically updated.
The only thing missing from this utility is the ability to quickly import/export data. You can only share the stored content via email or use social networking accounts.
Still, GoodTask might prove to be of good use, especially if you're the type of person who is constantly dealing with busy schedules.
