GitHub Wiki Search is a browser extension for adding a simple search box to GitHub wikis. This way, you can search wikis on GitHub and narrow the results using wiki search qualifiers. All you need to do is enter the desired words in the search box. The entered qualifier limits the search to the wiki page title or body text.
