Gardenscapes is a freemium match 3 app, where you are given a grid of fruit and by moving them horizontally or vertically, must align 3 to remove them and score points. This base is built upon to create an addictive game with plenty to offer.
Gardenscapes' unique twist is that it allows you to grow and decorate a garden by winning match 3 games. You can design it however you like and there is a story line to complement it and keep you involved. You are given an overrun garden and over the course of the game are tasked with restoring to glory and decorating as you wish.
The core gameplay of Gardenscapes is not new or unique, but what it develops on top of the match 3 base sets it apart from others. To some this may seem like padding, but fans will relish the extra content.
