FSA-OWI John Collier is a 3D Modeling application that provides access to over 5,000 photographs taken by John Collier Jr. between 1941 and 1943 for the Farm Security Administration (FSA) and the Office of War Information (OWI). Most of the images are smaller than full-screen, however, around 100 of them are larger and fill the iPad screen.
