Freeq is spectral filtering app for easy and fast frequency manipulations. You can cut and manipulate single frequencies, transforming sounds however you like. Working with filter is very easy, only click anywhere inside the window to select interesting frequencies. Applications comes with few build in filtering presets, just to get you started.
