FreeConference Outlook Conference 3.0

FreeConference Outlook Conference Manager is a handy and easy-to-use Outlook add-in that allows you to schedule conference calls exactly the way you set up meetings right from your email client. You can use the same menus and calendar tools, send invitations, view your account information, manage your preferences, and also create recurring conferences using all your existing contacts. This application enables you to set up as many conference calls as your want, and invite up to 150 participants for as long as 6 hours. What is more, the program also integrates pre-assigned information about the conference onto your calendar and into your e-mailed invitations to participants to make your job even easier and faster. The only thing you have to do is open a FreeConference account, log in, and your On Demand dial-in number and access codes will be instantly downloaded into Outlook.

Note that the service does not include any additional charges than the normal long distance toll fees paid by each caller.

The program requires Windows 2000/XP/Vista, and Microsoft Outlook 97 to work properly.
