Free Tshirt Maker is a Windows tool created to help you design your own T-shirt models. Once you finish creating your T-shirt draft, the utility will provide you with a URL that will take you to a website from which you can order the custom clothing piece.
The first thing you need to do is to select a color for your new T-shirt. Then, you can add the elements you need in your design, such as text content and images from your local directories. In my testing, I was able to include multiple pictures as well as a short text into my design. Sadly, the Clipart panel fails to provide me with any sample content (apparently, every Clipart category featured zero items).
Another thing that bothered me was that the program offered a very small amount of editing options. For instance, there's only T-shirt model and you cannot adjust the size of the sleeves or modify other components.
Other annoying aspects include the fact that the utility displays ads and that it supports only one output format (PNG) when exporting T-shirt designs.
However, the program comes without a price tag, so you have nothing to lose if you decide to give it a shot.
