FontExplorer X Pro is a font manager designed for Mac. This utility helps you find detailed information regarding the fonts you have installed on your computer, provides you with a simple way to organize your text styles, and automatically backs up your font library.
The application might prove to be of good use to developers and graphic designers who wish to know exactly what's the best font they can use in their projects. You can enter your own text content and reveal it in the Web Preview screen using the font style you like the most.
Another great aspect about this program is the fact that it can detect font styles in almost any type of text document. The app lets you import files with the following extensions: RTF, PDF, EPS, SVG, PPTX, OTP, etc. It takes just a few moments to identify the used font style.
In my testing, FontExplorer X Pro worked perfectly. It immediately imported all of the installed fonts in my new library, allowed me to preview every single text style, and quickly identified the fonts from the loaded documents.
My only issue with this application is the fact that it's a bit pricey. So, I don't think you should buy this program if you don't plan on using it frequently.
