Font Viewer is an application that displays all fonts installed on your computer. With this tool you can compare and try your fonts, so that you can have an idea of the appearance the text will have when using specific fonts within documents or applications.
The program's interface is very simple, yet not quite attractive. It simply displays the amount of fonts identified on your computer system, the name of each font, and a text sample for each particular font. The samples can be replaced with custom texts that will provide you with a clearer view of the text appearance you will get in your project. You can add manually custom text samples for each of the fonts you wish to try, or replicate a single text sample through all the fonts on the list. In addition, the application allows you to change the style and the size of all the fonts, as well as modify the background color of your written text. The tool can open multiple windows with different fonts – thus, you can compare them more easily than dragging the vertical slider.
In short, Font Viewer is designed to identify and display the fonts of your system. You can see at a glance the total number of fonts installed on your computer – unfortunately, adding other fonts is not allowed.
Manage your font library so you can have easy access to your favorite fonts.
