Folder Spy 1.6

Folder Spy is a simple application that allows you to monitor a folder for changes, whether that be if the modification date has changed or if items have been added or removed. When changes occur, you can specify how you are notified of changes.

It has ability to open external apps, scripts and documents when folder contents have changed. It also has the option to auto-start checking when a document is opened.
