Focus Timer increases your productivity by helping you manage your time more efficiently. Thus, this special type of timer allows you to schedule a sequence of work and break sessions to prevent fatigue.
Good news is that Focus Timer runs unobtrusively from the Menu Bar, from where it shows notifications telling you to take a break or get back to work. If you are into the Pomodoro Technique, you can use it without much additional configuration. However, you can define your own customized method, too. This way, you can set the duration of a work session as well as that of long and short breaks. Additionally, it is allowed to set a frequency for long breaks. Unfortunately, however, it cannot keep a record of how many work-break cycles have been completed.

Finally, it is possible to configure custom keyboard shortcuts for starting, stopping, pausing and resuming the timer as well as for hiding the application’s window.
