Focus Stacker is a software application that combines sharp areas from multiple images into a single, seamless composite image. It is used in macro photography, microscope image processing, and landscape photography. The app features an advanced automatic stacking algorithm, as well as a manual retouch mode that allows users to have full control over the final result.

- Retouch mode. The feature allows to precisely select areas from source images those are used in composite image for complex cases, like moving insect antennae, similarly sharp backgrounds/foregrounds etc.
