When users are open to installing data collection software on their network you can use Onsite. This application automatically sends encrypted usage data to your Central server on pre-determined intervals. This helps you create accurate invoices that reflect the current billing period, eliminating the problem of deferring meters to a future invoice if the client does not submit meters in a timely manner.
