Flowgorithm is intended to help you write code using flowcharts. In this regard, the program can come in handy for both beginners and advanced computer programmers. Its philosophy is based on the idea that starting from an algorithm helps creating code more effectively.

However, I really had to guess how to add new visual elements, which is done by right clicking on the corresponding arrow. These elements are of various types, including input, output, variables, control and looping, and some of them require entering additional information. Besides, you can create customized functions, which are organized using the Function Manager.

Flowgorithm allows executing code and convert it between programming languages. It is also very convenient that the program lets you watch selected variables. Various languages, such as C#, C++, Delphi, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python and Visual Basic.NET are supported. Once you have created your diagram, it is possible to export it as an image file (PNG) and scalable vector graphics (SVG and EMF).
