FitDay 1.0.0.6 is a program to help you take control of your diet and lose weight.
This program allow you to track, analyze and graph all of the important aspects of your diet and fitness, like your calories, carbs, fat, protein, nutrition, eating patterns, metabolism, activities, weight loss, measurements, moods, and other trends.
You will begin by creating an account file, that will store all your information.
Then, you will need to enter your profile. You will be asked to input your name, height (feet and inches/centimeters/meters), birthday, gender and weight (pounds or kilograms),
You can then begin to enter data in the food log to begin designing your diet and recommended exercise. You will be required to enter the food you´ve eaten, and the quantities. The program will then calculate the equivalent in Calories, Carbs, Fat and Proteins. You will see the results in a graph at the bottom.
You will also be able to input your activity, detailing the type and hours spent in them. The program will calculate how much calories you burnt.
Then, you can specify your desired weight goal, your goal date, and the program will build a program for you.
