Filr is a simple tool for modifying three important file properties - filename, tags, and comments - all within a simple, unified interface. The program steps through each file separately, so you can apply different tags and comments to each one. A large preview shows the file currently being modified.
Filr supports OpenMeta, an open standard for metadata storage.
