Filemail is a mac utility that facilitates the share of large files, either they are videos or photos, through email. It has a simple installation process and a straightforward operation of uploading and sending files.
Its GUI has a standard look, and it's comprised of a left-side panel with a couple of tabs and the main area for filling various information spaces and uploading files. The default theme has a white and blue mixture of colors, and the buttons are nicely crafted. It misses graphical customizations and comes with limited configuration settings.
Filemail has a secure service for sending files that includes data encryption, virus checking, and a two-factor authentication method. This utility allows individuals to easily keep track of their sent and received files and has a custom-made transfer protocol that provides a fast transfer speed.
Moreover, it has distributed servers all around the world, so users are able to choose the region where they want to host the files. Also, if you want to receive large files directly on your homepage you simply have to add one line of HTML.
All things considered, Filemail is a reliable tool for sending and receiving large files through email. It does come with a subscription price, but it does worth it.
