Fews is a simple and nicely designed Mac program that helps you keep track of the latest news. This utility lets you read the newest articles on various topics, like technology, politics, sports, economy, and many other.
You can access the breaking news in countries from all over the world, get notifications whenever an article of your interest is posted online, and share stories with your friends and family via email. What's more, this utility provides you with the most popular news in different countries. To be more exact, it displays the world map in the Trends window and you can immediately read those trendy articles.
I also like that you can change the font style for the news you wish to view. The most interesting thing about this app is that it supports the text-to-speech feature. Hence, you can listen to the news while you're doing your chores.
My only issue with this program is that it displays annoying ads in its main window. The only way to get rid of the announcements is to upgrade the app to its Pro version. The acquiring price is affordable and definitely worth it if you intend to use this program frequently.
In my opinion, Fews is one of the best RSS tools designed for Mac. This application gives you access to the latest news, provides you with plenty of useful features, and comes without a price tag.
