Here is our big fat backup application that will help you store regular backups of all your important files. All you need to do is choose the files you want to backup, choose an area to save them to (being careful that this isn't a place you are trying to save) and hit go.
What is quite nice about this app is that it only backs up files that are new or that have changed so when you backup your work it should only take a minute! Coming in v.2.0 is a restore tab!
