Fast Browser & Note offers a simple solution to browse web content, local video, PDF, etc. and simultaneously take notes. The tool comes with a double-window and multi-tab interface that lets you browse the web, play local videos, view PDF, RTF, and TXT documents, take notes, and transcribe the displayed content. In addition, it lets you edit RTF and TXT documents. Viewing and editing .js, .py, .md, .json, .pl, and .pm files is also supported.
