Youtube is blocked in many countries from last 3-4 years, and some organizations or individuals had to use it for their work or study purpose, so they use public proxies or VPN solutions to access those sites, which is not a very good solution. So we had to take a step and create this simple solution, which can be used to activate any website specially specially YouTube, twitter and Facebook.
