It allows you to have all your contacts in one place, with the ability to include detailed information about them and send them emails directly from the program. It also includes a planner to schedule your daily activities and a diary to keep track of your important events. You can also add notes to remind you of important events or tasks, including all the necessary information about them. There's also a password area, where you can store passwords of anything, protecting all of them with a master password. All the tools offer printing options. The program also comes with an image capture tool that allows you to capture a specific area of the screen or the whole screen. You will also find a vertical bar on the right side that allows you to access to most of the tools very easily and fast.

The application is very easy to use and has a beautiful user interface that can be completely customized from the settings panel. In short, EsyPlanner is a nice PIM that offers all you need to keep your life organized in one place completely for free.
