When working in a busy office environment, it is important to keep track of your daily tasks down to the smallest detail as well as remember your scheduled meetings and deadlines. EfficientPIM is a program that offers you a solution for these tasks by letting you organize your assignments in a very simple manner.

The application's interface is straightforward, fully customizable, and can easily be handled even by novice users. On the left side of the screen you can find a nicely structured menu from where you can check your calendar, add new events, manage contacts, write in your diary, etc.

A small but relevant disadvantage of using this program is that you can't save the entered information to other format than EFFX. Therefore, you can open and edit task details only by using EfficientPIM.

Other built-in tools that could also come in handy are the password manager where you can store accounts information and the internal search engine which helps you find events or tasks with ease.

Still, my belief is that you can find much cheaper solutions for organizing your daily tasks. There are dozens of personal information managers (PIMs) on the Internet that provide you with the same features at lower prices or even for free.
