As the title suggests, Edison Mail is a software solution for managing your mails by using a desktop client. It provides users the means to access, read and send messages without having to use the web browser as an intermediary.
It features a simple interface, with a left-side panel for accessing various email categories, a search tab, with the rest of the screen space allocated for displaying messages. It would've been convenient to have few options to customize the appearance, apart from the common dark theme option. Also, the font could've been bolder.
After you've selected your mail service provider and you've logged in with your account, you can start to enjoy its embedded features.
There's a built-in Anti-Tracking technology that intercepts and blocks read receipts, thus making your inbox messages invisible from the outside.
Moreover, it includes customizable shortcuts and it comes with a simple and fast-way of switching to multiple accounts. Apart from these, it blocks spam messages from entering your inbox.
All in all, Edison Mail provides users a fast and effective way of reading and sending email messages by not having to use the online web browser.
