To ensure proper operation of the software, make sure that your hardware is properly set up and recognized by the software. If the whiteboard has not been calibrated previously, a calibration window will open automatically. To calibrate, tap the markers on the board as instructed by the software. Unless you are sure that the receiver has not been moved since the last use, always perform the calibration setup.
