This program lets you convert Portable Network Graphics files (PNG) to DirectDraw Surface files/textures (DDS). This converter has the ability to save alpha-transparency and mipmap levels while converting. Easy2Convert PNG to DDS supports conversion of only a single file at a time. Its built-in command-line support allows you to convert PNG to DDS using a batch file; this is useful in converting multiple files.
