Easy Recipe Deluxe is an excellent program which can be used both for cuisine experts and beginners. The program itself includes a cookbook with recipes from appetizer, dairy, or special cuisine, etc. All the recipes included can be edited but also you can add new recipes.

For each recipe you can specify the amount of ingredients, measure, preparation comments, and add some pictures. The program automatically calculates the nutrition values of the recipe, per serving or individual ingredient. One advantage is that you can use different cookbooks. You can export them, copy recipes among cookbooks, or import cookbooks from files with Meal-Master and MasterCook formats.

With Easy Recipe Deluxe recipes are ordered alphabetically but also they can be classified by category, ingredients, and cuisine style. So having too many recipes is not a problem, you can make advanced searches by category or main ingredient.
