Easy Money 6.3

Easy Money 6.0.0.7 is a personal finance program for Windows. It is a basic, overly simplistic system that allows you to track your earnings and spending over time. For Easy Money to be of any use to you, you have to make sure that you spend quite some time creating the categories that better suit your finances. Once you finish doing that, you can add new entries. All you need to do is add the information about when did you spend or receive money, how much it was and what category you would like to place the transaction in. Easy Money will then add that transaction to the main list and to the data base. The good thing is that you can search for transactions using the search menu. You can look for word fragments, complete words, or even search by user name. There are also macros that you can use to automate frequent tasks. The report capabilities are also basic and mostly text-based. There are several reports that can be generated and the more data the application has, the more reliable the reports will be. All in all, the application is rather simple, the graphical user interface is not appealing and the reports are plain as they can get. But if you don't care for fancy graphics, I don't see a reason why this wouldn't be able to help you keep track of your finances.
