e2vector is an illustration application with powerful features such as layers, masks, pen-tool, gradient, undo-redo, SVG import and export, path splicing, shape union and intersection, etc.
e2vector allows you to take shape intersection and union, or splice a path where it is intersected.
Also, the SVG import is not trivial. Grids and numbers rarely challenge a programmer's intellect.
