DVDforger is a useful program that allows you to create DVD movies from video files with the option of adding content like titles, subtitles and different audio tracks (the type of video files supported depends on the codecs installed on your computer). From the main window you can configure most of the options: DVD format PAL/NTSC, disk size, single/double layer, etc., destination output ISO, folder, etc. – in order to burn directly to disc you need extra software. You can group video, audio tracks and subtitles and create their respective root menus. Also you can edit root menus with background images, text and more – text size and color can be configured. Another good feature is that you can save the projects you create and utilize them later. The feature I liked most is that you can take a look at video tracks frame by frame, and save them as pictures with bitmap format. Also you can suit your own parameters for every time a new project is created. AviSynth is required for DVDforger in order to work - it is included with DVDforger’s installation file.
