This application is, as its name obviously suggests, a program that helps you create DVDs on your Mac. The utility works with a wide variety of media formats, provides you with an integrated video player, allows you to customize the appearance of the DVD menu, and much more.
After you select the movies you wish to include in your DVD project, the app allows you to edit them accordingly. You can trim the videos, personalize them by attaching a watermark, change their resolution, and even add visual effects to the input files. A good thing is that you can preview the movie alterations and decide if you made the right choice.
Another advantage is that you can customize the appearance of the DVD menu according to your needs. The program offers you various menu templates, allows you to add background music and lets you set the preferred menu playback loop duration.
Unfortunately, DVD Creator Pro brings two important flaws: it fails to add subtitle files to DVD projects and it takes a while to offer you the results you require.
Therefore, I'd say it's worth installing this app on your Mac as long as you're OK with the aforementioned disadvantages. If not, you can find plenty of other DVD creators that offer you the output you need without a fuss.
