DupeCheck 1.0

DupeCheck is a small Mac application, created with Platypus. It was developed with the sole purpose of helping you quickly find every duplicate of any specific file that you might have stored on your system. This simple tool can come in handy if you want to free some of your disk space and you don't want to waste a great deal of your time manually searching for duplicate files.

Using the DupeCheck is very simple. All you have to do is drag the desired files you want to search for its duplicates directly on the icon of this application and wait for the process to finish. It is simple and straight to the point. If this tool finds any duplicates after the search is completed it will display their paths so that you can easily locate and delete them. Keep in mind that you can't set this tool to automatically delete them; therefore you will need to manually do it.

Other than that, not much more can be said about the DupeCheck. This small application comes with a simple and minimalistic interface and the lack of any settings or menus keeps the job of finding duplicate files as easy as a walk in the park (you don't even have to manually launch the program or else it will search for duplicates of itself).

All in all, the DupeCheck is a free Mac application that is worth trying if you want to quickly search for duplicate files on your system.
