When you have many things to do, it’s not only time that you require, you also need good memory. Having to remember everything you need to do can be very stressful and counterproductive. Due Today helps you get rid of this problem. With this program, you can easily create, organize and keep track of your tasks.

Although this is a simple program, it is very flexible and allows you to organize your tasks in a complex manner if you need or want to. A task can have subtasks, it can be part of a project or a context, you can assign tags to it, you can assign it to a person or team and so on.

The way tasks are grouped in the main view (called “Focus”) is very interesting. There are four categories that update themselves dynamically: Today, This Week, Next and Future. This helps boost productivity as it keeps you aware of how much you have to do and when it needs to be done. It might not seem to be a very important feature but this simple method has a strong impact on keeping things in perspective.

This program would be almost perfect if not for a small problem: lack of any kind of documentation/help file. The interface is, for the most part, self-explanatory and consequently, easy to use, but that’s no excuse. Some features like making a task “Floating” or assigning it to a context may be unclear to some users.
