Drop Circles is a useful utility that allows users to quickly open applications, either as an application launcher or as a drag and drop destination. It can be used as an "Open with..." extension and allows up to 8 customizable circles to perform various actions such as opening with, moving to, copying to, and acting as a browser picker. There are also four more circles that provide additional utilities.
