Driver Robot is a powerful shareware utility that has been designed to help us update all our drivers in one go. This application features a cool graphical user interface very easy to manage by everyone. There are four buttons and a main screen. We can click on the first button to start scanning our computer (including external drivers and removable devices) for outdated drivers. Once finished, we are presented with the driver analysis report. Afterwards, we click on the second button to start downloading driver updates automatically from the Internet. We can import a snapshot of the driver analysis to be used in another computer when some of our drivers cannot be updated from the Internet. It is possible to schedule the program for automatic scan at a time interval, shut down the computer after the downloads have finished, reset drivers to the previous state, save changes, and so on. We can evaluate the trial version free of charge. The evaluation version has one major limitation, and that is that we cannot download any driver updates until we purchase the program. Driver Robot runs under Windows Vista, and XP operating systems.
