DoOneThing is a simple Mac program that helps you stay focused on the work you need to complete until the end of the day. The application displays the task information on your Menu Bar where it's always available, no matter how many programs you have running on your computer.
This utility doesn't provide you with an actual interface. Instead, it features two separate menus, one in your Status Bar and another one on your Dock. You can hide the menu from the Dock if necessary.
All you need to do is click the Change button from the main menu of the program and enter the task information. After you click the Save button, the application will display the task details on your Status Bar, next to your clock and other Menu Bar items.
Once you complete the current task, click the Done button and enter new chore information. So, it's pretty simple to work with this application, even if you're an average computer user.
Other than that, not much more can be said about this program. It does exactly what's being stated on the homepage of the developer, without slowing down your Mac.
So, I'd say it's worth installing this free app on your Mac if you're looking for a simple task reminder utility.
