DockAppsMenu is a Leopard application that simulates the pre-Leopard behavior of dragging your Applications folder to the Dock. Control-click on the DockAppsMenu icon in the Dock to reveal a hierarchical menu of your apps.
This is a quick-and-dirty alpha amateur hobbyist kludge no-promises-made use-as-your-own-risk application. I’m sure somebody will soon come up with a better solution.
