Digital Diamond Baseball is a computerized baseball simulator that allows gamers to play individual games, series, or entire seasons, using players from any baseball season in history. The game gives users the ability to import player statistics from 1871 through present day (yes, even real time stats!) using freely available baseball references. And there is no limit to the number of free libraries that can be created.
What's new in this version:
We have added a much richer set of play-by-play calls. It is now possible to add your own custom play-by-play! We added the ability to import the actual schedules used during the regular season. You can also import schedules that contain the lineups and starting pitchers that were used in real-life! These lineups will be used automatically during fast play.
