Diablo II MPQ Tool 1.1

Diablo II MPQ Tool is a program designed to help modding for Diablo II. It allows users to extract and insert files from Blizzard games such as Diablo II, Starcraft, Warcraft III, and World of Warcraft (with external list files). Additionally, the 1.0a8 version of the tool includes a Diablo II Saved Game editor, which enables users to alter stats, skills, and more for Single Player saved games of both Diablo II versions 1.09 and 1.10.
