DesktopScreenSaver allows you to use your screensavers as desktop wallpaper. You simply have to select the screensaver you wish to use and the application will put it on your desktop. The wallpaper will have the same properties as the screensaver, but it won't have sounds.
The application is very small and simple. To set your wallpaper you will have to click on the "Start Screensaver" button on the application, and to remove it you will have to click on "Stop Screensaver". There is also a button to take you directly to the screensaver preferences, so you can select which screensaver you wish to use and customize it. The application also provides a link to another application called Enhancer which you can download and use to modify the screensaver. Once the wallpaper has started running on your desktop, you can click the button" Restart Screensaver", so the screensaver starts from the beginning again.
