Desktop Verse is a desktop application for Mac that displays random Bible verses on your screen. This program provides you with numerous inspirational Bible lines that can be copied to clipboard and translated to a wide variety of foreign languages.
Once you launch this utility, the verse of the day will be shown on your desktop and the tool's icon will appear on your Menu Bar. The program enables you to customize the appearance of the Bible line by changing its font style, changing its location on your screen, and adjusting the verse's transparency level.
An advantage of this application is that it comes with a built-in translating tool. This utility can transcribe any Bible line to languages like Dutch, Hindi, French, Italian, and many other.
The only thing I don't like about working with Desktop Verse is that it doesn't allow you to select and display a Bible line by hand; the program randomly picks and shows the verses.
As for the rest, the application proves to be of great use to any religious individual who wants to customize its desktop with Bible lines. This tool is very simple to handle, brings various text customizations, and helps you translate any Bible verse you like to dozens of languages.
